Leadership is particularly tested in critical moments – such as escalations within the team, aggressive external contacts, imminent security incidents, or media attacks. In this training, leaders strengthen their ability to remain clear under pressure, identify risks, and act appropriately.
The focus is on responsibility, self-leadership, and communicative clarity in exceptional circumstances – to protect the team, organisation, and environment.
