Three women one scene
Three women one scene
Three women. From sporty to self-confident to right in the middle of everyday life to "What do we do now".

Maybe you know this — that moment when you realize something is wrong.
Whether you are sitting in a conversation and the tone shifts, or in the evening on the train and
the person opposite stops looking away.
From an example:
First strange, then creepy, and then he says quite casually:
"When I come back, this will end differently for you."
They locked themselves in, didn't dare to go out for the rest of the day.
And afterwards? When the police came, one of them said: "Nothing happened. It wasn't that bad."
It wasn't the same anymore, something like that just changes you.

WHO I AM
Frédéric Grossmann. I spent most of my career in fields where situational assessment was not optional.
Deployments in the Hindu Kush, the Middle East, in Africa. Hostage situations. Intelligence gathering in high-risk areas. Multiple military awards including the Combat Action Medal.
Afterwards:
From close protection and security assessments for exposed families, to security manager for an international hotel, I have built complete security structures from scratch.
Invisible to the guests but there when it mattered.
Twenty years in different environments, but always the same question:
What do you see before it happens? And what options would you have?

Most security concepts treat people as a variable, that must be controlled. I see it differently.
Most security concepts treat people as a variable, that must be controlled. I see it differently.
I have seen people who were physically perfectly trained and equipped and yet froze. And others, whom nobody had on their radar, who simply remained clear-headed and acted at the decisive moment.
The difference was not strength or courage.
The difference was whether the person had experienced the situation before — even if only in their mind.
Sometimes it was enough to have been one or two steps ahead in their thoughts. Knowing what it feels like when stress rises and what to do then.
I offer my experience and my knowledge so that you can use it for yourself.

I do not convey heroism. I convey the clear mindset for the right moment.
A conversation that shows if and how I can help you.
