This in-person training is aimed at executives who must remain capable of action even in exceptional situations. They will learn to recognize threatening situations, communicate effectively, and stabilize their own presence.

Description

Leadership is particularly evident in critical moments – such as during escalations within the team, aggressive external contacts, impending security incidents, or media attacks. In this training, leaders strengthen their ability to remain clear under pressure, recognize risks, and act appropriately.
It is not about fear – but about responsibility, self-leadership, and communicative clarity in emergencies, to protect the team, organization, and environment.
